I have a text file with lots of data separated by a comma, the issue is when I import it adds the data as a row rather than a column, so I basically need the data to be transposed before being added. Help!

I had a formula in B1, C1.... which is not working. I want results as ----for example every time I add a number in next row the formula will do a calculation B3-B4, if I add a number in B5 the calculation should be B5-B3. It always should use a new number - B3. The formula in B1 didn't calculate for some reason and if the result is "-" it shows as "0". Can anyone help? Please ....Please

The macro should also delete the entire row on Sheet1 is "No" is entered into column "F". Lastly, once the "Yes" data is copied to Sheet2 the row on Sheet1 should be deleted.
